Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@enso-active.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right and cover any associated return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
