ENSO was not built in a boardroom — it came from the founder's personal experiences looking for training apparel that could perform in the relentless heat of South-East Asia.

It was born from a belief that intentional movement restores clarity, boosts emotional wellbeing and connects us to our basic instinctual identities. It's not about registering KOM's or in-app metrics. It's a feeling you earn. Before the inbox opens. After the last meeting closes. In whatever window of time you carve out to be accountable only to yourself.

The 3M's of ENSO

The name ENSO comes from the Japanese ensō, a circle drawn in a single brushstroke. It represents wholeness, and a reminder that all things in life are connected — and to fully embrace them we must let go of perfection and embrace our true selves.

For ENSO we define this through the connection of the 3M's: MIND, MOTION and MOTIVATION. We believe these 3M's are symbiotic, each feeding off and enhancing the other to help people find the freedom to live fully.

MOTION — We are born from the tropical heat, built for motion to move with your body and help you find your rhythm.
