Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
Asia: 2–6 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all Singapore orders above SGD $120.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@enso-active.com with your order number.
After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfilment process and cannot be amended. Please use our returns process if you need to make changes after this window.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email us at hello@enso-active.com before placing your order and we will advise.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
ENSO is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
If tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance. If you still cannot locate your parcel, reach out to us at hello@enso-active.com and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
Note: ENSO cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. ENSO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to you. If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, email hello@enso-active.com as quickly as possible — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email hello@enso-active.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Which items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Socks
- Caps
If you are unsure whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
How do I exchange for a different size?
The fastest way to receive a different size is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved. We do not process direct exchanges.

My item arrived faulty or damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@enso-active.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will make it right and cover any associated return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@enso-active.com.
I am based in the EU. Do I have additional rights?
Yes. If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Products & Fit
How do ENSO products fit?
All ENSO Run pieces are true to size. Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements and product-specific fit notes.
If you are unsure between two sizes: for tops and singlets, size up. For tights and compression pieces, size down for a more compressive fit or stick to your usual size for a comfortable performance fit.
What fabrics do you use?
Every ENSO Run garment uses technical performance fabrics selected specifically for tropical climates. Key properties across the range include quick-dry, moisture-wicking, 4-way stretch, matte finish, and heat-adapted construction.

How should I care for my ENSO gear?
All ENSO Run garments should be machine washed cold (30°C maximum) and hung to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
Washing inside out helps preserve fabric colour and the ENSO logo over time.

Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available.
All transactions are processed securely. ENSO does not store your card details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification available.
Your card details are never stored on our systems.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import charges. Any applicable fees are shown before you complete your purchase.
Community & Brand
What is the ENSO Run Club?
ENSO Run Club meets every Saturday at 6am in Singapore. It is free, open to all paces, and all you need to bring is yourself.
Details on location are shared weekly via our Instagram (@enso.active) and email list. Join the list at the bottom of our homepage or DM us on Instagram.
